designed for the realities of primary care

Why we started the Lunch Club.

Primary care nurses are busy.  Time is limited. Education needs to be relevant.

The Respiratory Lunch Club provides accessible, CPD-accredited respiratory updates, without the time or financial commitment of lengthy diploma programmes.

One focused hour.

One clearly defined topic.

Practical learning you can use straight away.

These sessions are designed to support safe, confident respiratory care in everyday general practice.

What You Can Expect.

  • Short, structured lunchtime sessions.
  • Topics covering Asthma, COPD, and Spirometry.
  • Practical case discussion and clinical application.
  • Clear alignment with current guidance.
  •  Free to attend.
  • CPD certificate provided.

This is education to support safe, confident decision making, not theory for theory’s sake.

Extend Your Learning.

Each Lunch Club webinar is supported by a short microlearning course for those who would like to explore the topic further.

The live webinar remains completely free to attend.

Purchasing the microlearning course is entirely optional and is not required to attend the live session.

Cost

For webinar attendees, the microlearning course is available for:

£15 per topic

What is Microlearning?

Microlearning is focused, bite-sized online learning that builds on the live session.

Unlike full eLearning programmes, microlearning:

  • Is concise and structured.
  • Can be completed in short segments.
  • Focuses on practical clinical application.
  • Includes brief knowledge checks.
  • Provides a certificate of completion.

It is designed to reinforce learning efficiently — not add unnecessary workload.

  • A clear, structured, evidence-based teaching approach

  • Concise, clinically meaningful content tailored to primary care
